Survey and design

We survey your site in detail, looking at the building layout, user numbers and device types. Then we design the network with access points placed for full coverage and no dead spots. We also plan resilience and how the network will connect to your existing systems.

Install and go-live

We deploy and test the full infrastructure end to end and time the launch around your move-in or arrival dates. Our team is on site for the first days of live service.

Onboard users

Each user gets their own secure login, a self-service portal for managing devices and quick QR-code set-up for new devices. Welcome materials and support information are provided at launch.
